Case Management with Surrogate Approval Program
The Case Management with Surrogate Approval Program is for Intended Parents who recruit their own gestational surrogate(s) but have not yet started the screening process. Once you introduce your chosen surrogate to AFS and she signs our Agency Agreement, this program includes everything our Full Service Program provides, including:
